Campground Reservations

Enjoy convenient and affordable camping at the Saunders County Fairgrounds from April 1 to October 1. Our public campgrounds offer 144 spacious sites, each equipped with water and 50amp electrical hookups, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Restrooms and showers are just a short walk from the campground entrance, ensuring a comfortable stay for all visitors.

Important Dates and Policies

  • Camping is closed for walk-ups: July 17 - August 4, 2026
  • Public campgrounds are closed during the Saunders County Fair week; pre-assigned spots are available for fair campers

Camping Guidelines:

  • Every camper or RV must have a fire extinguisher
  • No motorized sport or utility vehicles (ATVs, golf carts, dirt bikes, etc.)
  • No minors allowed to consume alcohol
  • No horses in the camping area
  • No external full-sized refrigerators or appliances
  • Do not cut or trim trees or vegetation on fairgrounds property
  • Drones are not allowed on premise

Camping During Saunders County Fair

Public Campgrounds are closed annually during the week of the Saunders County Fair. Camping spots are pre-assigned for families who wish to camp during the week of the County Fair. If you are interested in camping during the Saunders County Fair, please email fairmanager@saunderscountyfair.com
