Camping at the Saunders County Fair

Previously Registered Campers:
If you have previously held a camping spot during the Saunders County Fair and are planning to camp again for 2026, an email was sent on February 10. Camping registration will open on March 1 and a link will be emailed to secure your spot and complete payment. Please notify any changes by emailing Carleigh Olson-Uriguen, Fair Manager at fairmanager@saunderscountyfair.com. See you at the 2026 Saunders County Fair!

Interested in Camping at the Saunders County Fair?
If you have not been assigned a camping spot from previous years, or new families wishing to camp at the fair, please email fairmanager@saunderscountyfair.com to inquire about securing an assigned spot.

Camping Guidelines

Every camper or RV must be equipped with a fire extinguisher
NO motorized sport or utility vehicles allowed, including but not limited to: Golf Carts, ATVs, UTVs, Dirt Bikes, etc.
NO minors allowed to consume alcohol on the fairgrounds
NO horses allowed in the camping area
NO external full-sized refrigerators/appliances allowed
Cutting or trimming of established trees or other vegetation on fairgrounds property is prohibited, please contact Fair Manager or Fair Board Member if changes to your space are required
Please utilize Dump Station located at SW corner of fairgrounds (near Arena entrance)
