The Saunders County Agricultural Society reserves the right to cancel any ticket order, without notice, if it resonably believes the order was placed in violation of these policies, including but not limited to circumvention, fraudulent activitiy, use of automated purchasing software or unauthorized commercial resale.
TICKET REVOCATION
Admission may be refused, and tickets may be revoked, without refund, if obtained through fraud, policy violations, or unauthorized commercial resale.
FRAUD PROTECTION
The Saunders County Agricultural Society reserves the right to verify purchaser identity, billing information, and ownership of tickets before admission.
NO BOTS
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or similar technology to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited.
CIRCUMVENTION
Creating multiple customer accounts or using multiple names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices to evade purchase limits is prohibited.
