Camping at the Saunders County Fair

Previously Registered Campers:
If you have previously held a camp spot during the Saunders County Fair and are planning to camp again for 2024, information will be sent out and available to begin registering for your spot in April 2024. Please complete the Camper Rental Agreement form and return with payment by May 31, 2024, to secure your spot. Check back for more details and options to register online or download and mail the Camper Rental Agreement Form below. See you at the 2024 Saunders County Fair!

Interested in Camping at the Saunders County Fair?
If you are not currently assigned a camping spot from previous years, or new families wishing to camp at the fair, please email fairmanager@saunderscountyfair.com to inquire about securing an assigned spot.

Camping Guidelines

Every camper or RV must be equipped with a fire extinguisher
NO motorized sport or utility vehicles allowed, including but not limited to: Golf Carts, ATVs, UTVs, Dirt Bikes, etc.
NO minors allowed to consume alcohol on the fairgrounds
NO horses allowed in the camping area
NO external full-sized refrigerators/appliances allowed
Cutting or trimming of established trees or other vegetation on fairgrounds property is PROHIBITED
Please utilize Dump Station located at SW corner of fairgrounds (near Arena entrance)
