Public Campgrounds

The Campgrounds at the Saunders County Fairgrounds are currently under construction. There are limited camping spots open to the public during this phase of the project. Spots are first-come, first-served for $20 per day/night. Electricity and water are accessible at the campgrounds, and the South Shower House & RR is also available for campers.

This last phase of the project is coming along, even with the delay caused by excess rain and flooding! We are still on track with plans to have the upgrade ready for 2024 Saunders County Fair!

PLEASE NOTE: Public Camping is not allowed July 23 - August 5, 2024. This is a Blackout Date for public camping, as spots are reserved and paid for in advance by 4-H Families and Fair Attendees staying for these dates. Public Camping will resume August 6, 2024. Please see below for additional, future Blackout Dates.

Saunders County Ag Society offers public camping at the Saunders County Fairgrounds April 1 - October 1. A total of 84 spots include water and electrical hookups and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The Campgrounds are located on the southeast corner of the fairgrounds property, with restrooms and showers available within a short walk from the Campgrounds entrance.

Rates = $20/day or $110/week - Can submit payment at drop box located near Campgrounds entrance.

PLEASE NOTE: Blackout dates listed below in which camping is NOT open to the public.

Wahoo PRCA Rodeo & Saunders County Fair - July 23 - August 5, 2024
Wahoo PRCA Rodeo & Saunders County Fair - July 22 - August 4, 2025

• Every camper or RV must be equipped with a fire extinguisher
• NO motorized sport or utility vehicles allowed, including but not limited to: Golf Carts, ATVs, UTVs, Dirt Bikes, etc.
• NO minors allowed to consume alcohol on the fairgrounds
• NO horses allowed in the camping area
• NO external full-sized refrigerators/appliances allowed
• Cutting or trimming of established trees or other vegetation on fairgrounds property is PROHIBITED
• Please utilize Dump Station located at SW corner of fairgrounds (near Arena entrance)
